He said being rich is being able to buy nice things to show off, but being wealthy requires having wisdom that comes from Jesus - having generational blessings! You can lose riches, but with wisdom, you grow your wealth. Pastor Calhoun said even though there is power in the name of Jesus, the only way to receive a blessing from the Lord, you must obey the Word of the Lord. We ought to obey God rather than man, because all our help comes from the Lord. All we are and will be is in the name of Jesus. God gives us wisdom to help us remain successful. Dr. Calhoun also said, there's power in your tongue. Our words are packed with power for good and evil. Pastor Calhoun said, what we speak is what we get. We can use our tongue to bring blessings and life or curses to our lives. The words coming from our mouth should be spoken with BOLDNESS.” We gotta be careful what we say. If you say “I'm blessed, then you're blessed.” You are going to have what you say you are going to have. It’s just that simple. The Word of God says “ Death and life is in the power of the tongue.” This week, watch what you say! Start telling yourself “I am blessed“ I am healed;“ “I am wealthy” and “all my needs are met in Jesus Name”! One thing, for sure you can count on Jesus to be there! When you learn how to use the Name Of Jesus, you don’t walk around worrying, anxious or fearful! You walk around in faith, knowing that Jesus is with you. He promise to never leave or forsake.
